The hotel's location next to the Galleria Mall made shopping and dining extremely convenient. The staff went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday special with personalized touches. The friendly and helpful staff always greeted us with a smile.

My family and I had a great stay at this hotel, located just a short walk to The Galleria. The hotel's proximity to the mall made it easy for us to shop and dine in even less time. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a spacious layout and lovely bathroom that was fully stocked. We were thrilled to find that the coffee in the room was Starbucks, and we appreciated the mini-fridge and water bottles.

Parking was a bit of an inconvenience, as we struggled to find a suitable space for our oversized vehicle.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is great with access to a variety of shops. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing us with a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a refrigerator and flat-screen TV. We were pleased to find the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, where we spent some time relaxing. we felt that this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great experience! We were pleasantly surprised by the two complimentary glasses of wine we received at check-in, it was a nice touch for the holiday season. the location is also fantastic, with easy access to plenty of shopping and dining options. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful view of the city from our room, it was a great way to wake up every morning.

We were given a room close to the elevators and could hear all the announcements and conversations from the hallway.

Parking was confusing and the area was busy, making it difficult to unload bags. No free internet or breakfast offered.
