My family and I had a great stay at this hotel, located just a short walk to The Galleria. The hotel's proximity to the mall made it easy for us to shop and dine in even less time. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a spacious layout and lovely bathroom that was fully stocked. We were thrilled to find that the coffee in the room was Starbucks, and we appreciated the mini-fridge and water bottles.

Parking was a bit of an inconvenience, as we struggled to find a suitable space for our oversized vehicle.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is great with access to a variety of shops. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing us with a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a refrigerator and flat-screen TV. We were pleased to find the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, where we spent some time relaxing. we felt that this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great experience! We were pleasantly surprised by the two complimentary glasses of wine we received at check-in, it was a nice touch for the holiday season. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to plenty of shopping and dining options. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful view of the city from our room, it was a great way to wake up every morning.

The noise level was a bit of an issue during our stay. We were given a room close to the elevators and could hear all the announcements and conversations from the hallway. Additionally, the water temperature in the shower was not consistent, which was a bit frustrating. Finally, parking was a hassle and added an unexpected expense to our stay.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of facilities available. The hotel had a great fitness center with all working equipment, perfect for our workout routine. The location was extremely convenient, as it was connected to the Galleria Mall, allowing us to easily access shopping and dining options. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Convenient location near work and inside a mall. Spectacular bed, would love to see it in other hotels. Access to Galleria. Quiet room with comfy bed. Friendly staff and efficient elevators. Great restaurants nearby. Amazing hotel with upscale and comfortable vibe. Two King beds in one room were amazing. Microwave not in room but provided upon request. Free parking may not always be available, be prepared for valet. a fantastic hotel experience.

One particular staff member, Mimo, stood out for his genuine dedication and enthusiasm. It was clear that Mimo took pride in his work, as he went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. His hard work, courtesy, and infectious smile made a lasting impression on us. The hotel is fortunate to have such a valuable team member like Mimo.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location in the Gallaria area was perfect for shopping with the mall right there. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The view from the room was breathtaking, especially at night. Check-out was quick and easy, making the overall experience a 10/10.

Lovely rooms with giant windows and remotely controlled blinds. The late check-out was a generous offer. Staff was friendly.

Parking was confusing and the area was busy, making it difficult to unload bags. No free internet or breakfast offered.
