I recently stayed at The Westin and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect, with great restaurants and bars nearby. It was also a short, pleasant walk to the port. The customer service was excellent, and the rooftop bar had an amazing view of the harbor. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel was well-maintained and had a spacious and comfortable room. I had a wonderful stay at The Westin.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

This hotel in downtown offers basic amenities, comfortable rooms with excellent views, and a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The location near the Old Port area is perfect for exploring the artistic neighborhood and being close to downtown. You'll have direct access to the top-level restaurant, and the value for money is great, especially considering breakfast is not included.

The only minor improvement would be to include parking in the room rate.

We also loved the pet-friendly atmosphere, as our furry friend was welcomed with treats and special attention.

The food at the hotel's Christmas dinner was just average, not living up to our expectations. Additionally, we noticed some small maintenance issues in our room, such as a torn lampshade, which gave the impression that attention to detail was lacking.

The location of this hotel was great for exploring downtown destinations on foot. It was only a leisurely 10-minute walk to the old port district, which was perfect. We were able to easily visit the State Theatre to catch a show. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including excellent fresh coffee, two pastries, and fresh fruit. It was a nice touch that the hotel took care of the server gratuity. the hotel provided good value for money, considering the affordable prices and attention to detail in the amenities.

The view from the rooms could be improved. Unfortunately, some of the rooms had half a window facing a parking garage, and others were located next to the elevator overlooking a parking garage.

The hotel had a stunning view of the port, convenient self-parking option, and a restaurant with a 15th-floor lounge offering spectacular views.

The hotel offers efficient check-in and gracious reception. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and provide a pleasant view. The breakfast is delicious with standout items like bacon and blueberry pancakes. The staff, including the desk personnel, valets, and restaurant employees, is great. The location is ideal, easily walkable to attractions in Old Port.

We had an amazing weekend getaway! the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for places to eat and drink in the area. They even surprised us with a thoughtful Valentine's Day card and chocolates! the location of the hotel was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. We loved the quiet and upscale atmosphere of the hotel, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the classic Westin bed and linens ensured a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the little details like the pull out shelf by the bedside table and the tucked away refrigerator and Keurig.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. the service at check-in could have been better, as the staff didn't adequately explain the benefits of our Bonvoy gold status.

The complimentary treats in the dog-friendly room were a nice surprise, including a soft doggy bed, water and food bowl, and even treats! the staff was very accommodating and helped with late check-out and parking validation. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city and the on-site facilities were fantastic.

The parking situation was a bit confusing, as the hotel did not own the adjacent lot and guests still had to pay $25 for overnight parking. It would have been helpful for staff to explain this more clearly at check-in.

The hotel's internet access is not reliable, which can be frustrating for guests trying to stay connected.

The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was freshly remodeled with a rainfall shower head, and the in-room coffee was much better than most hotels. The temperature control in my room was my favorite part - I could adjust it to be cool at night and warm it up quickly in the morning. The hotel's location in a nice neighborhood away from the hectic Old Port area was perfect. I was able to walk to nearby restaurants easily.
