The hotel is ideally located in the center of town, making it convenient to stroll off and find a variety of bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering a nice view of the city from the rooftop restaurant. The reception staff is friendly and provides excellent advice and recommendations. The included breakfast is good and the spa offers incredible Vietnamese massages.

I got great value for my money at Moonlight Hotel in Hue. The room was luxurious and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the middle of a lively street with plenty of bars and restaurants.

I recently stayed at Moonlight Hotel for a few days and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The room was clean and had a fantastic view of the Perfume River from the balcony. The rooftop bar offered stunning panoramic views of the old capital. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of both western and Vietnamese food. Additionally, the staff surprised my fiancée with a delightful birthday cake. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The friendly and helpful staff, particularly the two ladies at the reception, made our stay very pleasant. They recommended great places to visit and even a fantastic local restaurant where we had one of the best meals in Vietnam. The central location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city, and our room was modern and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of fresh meals, and the spa was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. overall, the staff made us feel like the center of the universe throughout our stay at Moonlight Hotel.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Hue, I was delighted with the location of the hotel. It was centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city and visit popular attractions like the Citadel. Additionally, the hotel room I stayed in was clean and well-equipped, and the size was just right. Although there was no bathtub, it wasn't a big issue for me. However, my son was a bit disappointed as he loves using the tub. Luckily, the hotel had a bath tub for him to enjoy. The facilities at the hotel, including the small kid club, fitness center, and pool, were a nice bonus. Even though it was a rainy day and too cold to swim, my son still had a great time in the bath tub. Another highlight of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of Vietnamese and Western dishes, and was served on the rooftop with a great view. Lastly, for the price I paid, which was about $45 per night for a twin bed room during the holiday season, I found it to be quite reasonable. I had a pleasant experience at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

Our romantic escape was dampened by some unfortunate aspects of this hotel. the bathroom was outdated and the shower was subpar.

The hotel is centrally located with a variety of good bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. As vegetarians and vegans, we were impressed by the amazing range of breakfast options and the delicious food.
