We loved the open and inviting lobby area where we could socialize without disturbing others. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the complimentary drinks during the managers hour. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the price was right. We also appreciated the easy walk to the state testing location and the convenience of having a mall and restaurants right across the street.

The food options for dinner were good, and the complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations with great choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the room had a microwave and mini-fridge. Pets were allowed, and check-in and check-out were easy. The lobby was inviting and the breakfast and complimentary drinks were nice touches. The location was convenient for exploring.

This hotel is everything I'd want in a place to stay! the location is excellent with tons of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with comfortable, new sofas and tons of USB ports and AC plugs for all my devices. The staff is friendly and provides great service, and the breakfast is amazing!

We loved this venue. First, the location was perfect for us since it was close to the center of everything. Secondly, the staff was amazing, they were really friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile for us. We were impressed with the happy hour and the variety of snacks available. Furthermore, the room was really comfortable and had everything we needed, from the air conditioning to the ironing facilities.

The atrium was nice and the staff was great! the room layouts really are great for families when babies need to go to sleep early. the pet free room was so great. the last pet friendly stay was stinky. Breakfast was great and very convenient. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also great. And complimentary drinks were a nice surprise. Prompt delivery of pool towels. the location was perfect for exploring the area.

The room was just tired and needed a lot of upkeep, caulking in the bathroom, maybe some new wallpaper, and please clean the vent in the bathroom. the price was way too high!

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites for a class reunion and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially considering my friend and I were dealing with body pain. The breakfasts were excellent and the Managers reception was a nice touch. The location was perfect, right across the street from the mall. The atmosphere in the atrium was lovely and the temperature in the room was just right. a clean and friendly hotel.
