A bit of a cheeky nitpick, the pool area felt clammy with no hot tub, and parking was tricky unless you valet. Also, tiny bottles and mismatched soaps gave an eco-chic but messy vibe. Still, the stay was fabulous overall!

i recently stayed in waltham for a weekend, and westin exceeded my expectations with its spacious rooms and a fantastic shower. check-in was effortless, and the welcoming staff made my experience even better. the breakfast was especially memorable, thanks to a dedicated server who made sure i had a hot meal before my early meeting.

Parking costs are outrageous and not disclosed upfront!!! The outdated cable TV options left much to be desired!!! I expect better maintenance with no erratic temperature control or insufficient water pressure during my stay!!!

Breakfast was a real treat—especially with Lisa waitin’ on us! Had the voucher thing, which was a bit wonky, but the food made up for it! They really oughta simplify that whole mess. We had a cozy room too, just wish they’d let us order from the room without all that QR fuss.

Friendly staff and nice welcome drink, but long wait for breakfast room service was disappointing.

I had a great stay with a clean and comfortable room where the staff went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable, especially at breakfast where the food was outstanding and service was fantastic. plus, it was so easy to walk to Prospect Hill Park for some beautiful views and to check out local favorites like Osteria Posto for a delicious dinner nearby.

I enjoyed my time here. The staff provided great service, especially during breakfast when a team member rushed to prepare food for me so I wouldn't be late to my meeting. The 24-hour room service was a nice touch too. I made use of the indoor pool, which was relaxing after a busy day. However, I found the room somewhat dated, and there were issues with cleanliness. It's not a bad choice overall.
