During my recent stay at the Yorktowne Hotel, Tapestry Collection By Hilton in York, I was impressed by their dog-friendly environment. the staff was welcoming, offering treats and helpful tips for walking our furry companion. the room was impeccably clean with soundproofing that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Special mentions to Jessica for her exceptional customer service and Jennifer for the thoughtful anniversary surprise of champagne in our room. the central location and beautiful lobby added to the overall experience.

Can just recommend this hotel.

Had a nice view and cozy King Suite room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. Parking across the street was convenient and easy to access.

Not impressed by the lack of vegan options on the restaurant menu. Walked into a lobby mishap that was unsettling and encountered staff members who were not accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. the staff was accommodating and friendly, ensuring we had a nice, cozy room and convenient parking. the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive. the hotel facilities were beautiful and functional, offering a great view of the cityscape. Staff members were dog-friendly, providing treats and useful information for walking our furry companion. In addition, there were baggie stations at both entrances for pet owners.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

My stay at this place was perfect due to the ideal location close to restaurants and boutiques. the room service and housekeeping were impeccable, and the pet amenities available made my furry friend feel right at home. I appreciated the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities in the room, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Cons: I recommend this venue to all; the staff went above and beyond to turn my stay into a lifelong memory.

The bathroom fixtures could use some updating.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the hotel's convenient location and the fact that it had parking available. the lobby was lovely, and it was clear that the hotel had a lot of historic charm.

My positive experience quickly turned sour when I saw the condition of the room. the room was dirty, with stained bedding and a bathroom that was in desperate need of an update.
