Convenient Location, Lovely Lobby, and Historic Charm

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the hotel's convenient location and the fact that it had parking available. The lobby was lovely, and it was clear that the hotel had a lot of historic charm.

My positive experience quickly turned sour when I saw the condition of the room. The room was dirty, with stained bedding and a bathroom that was in desperate need of an update.

The staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. Jessica's warm personality made a difference. Great customer service from Jennifer on our anniversary trip. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-furnished. The King Suite had a great view. Fantastic restaurant and room service. Convenient parking across the street. The rooftop bar had a nice vibe.

I had such a pleasant stay at Tapestry! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The view of the sunset over downtown York was breathtaking. The hotel's location right in the heart of town made it convenient to explore on foot. The friendly and accommodating staff made my experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.
