What a nice place! We enjoyed our stay at The Zen Inn. The staff in the lobby were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the little extras like complimentary water bottles, snacks, and quality bath products. The breakfast, although we didn't get to experience it fully, was included in our stay and we heard good things about it. a great place to stay in Palo Alto with a central location, friendly staff, and fantastic amenities.

The air conditioner in the room was loud and cycled on and off frequently. It would run until the room became freezing, then turn off until it became stuffy again.

The exercise room can be too cold for some guests to use.

It was a nice touch and made for a memorable experience. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent guest experience, and the value for money was outstanding.
