I couldn't believe how clean and updated the room was at this resort. It smelled like fresh cut wood and the bed was so soft and cozy. The location was great, especially if you're planning to visit Cumberland Lake. The staff, especially Robyn, were super friendly and welcoming.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if they offered an included breakfast option. But, hey, some places don't have it at all right now.

We didn't have a chance to eat, had to get up early for a fishing trip. It's a nice place to stay when we come down to Cumberland Lake. We love it down there. Only downside is the beds, a little too firm but that's just me. The room smelled fresh and clean upon arrival, with a darling nautical-themed decor. The location is great for getting to the marina easily. Heather and her family were very welcoming. The resort has a relaxing setting and a fabulous coffee shop on site. Ample parking for boats and trailers. This will definitely be our go-to place whenever we visit Lake Cumberland.

During my recent stay at Timber Pointe Resort, I had a very positive experience. The room was clean and had a delightful nautical theme, which added a charming touch to my stay. The fresh and clean scent upon arrival was truly refreshing. The WiFi connection was reliable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. Plus, the shower had excellent water pressure, making for a enjoyable bathing experience.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks such as no included breakfast and the need for a replacement or cleaning of the bedspread, these did not detract significantly from my overall satisfaction.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location for accessing the marina and the ease of parking with our bikes and trailer. The family-run cafe onsite served delicious homemade pizza, and the atmosphere was friendly and cheerful. The room had a charming nautical theme and smelled fresh and clean upon arrival.

Our check-in experience was a bit disappointing. We arrived in the evening and there was no one to check us in. We called and texted multiple numbers before finally getting a response. It took a while to get the correct codes to unlock our room, and we had to drive across the property to find a key that also didn't work. It was frustrating and exhausting after a long day of driving. Additionally, the coffee shop was closed and there was no one around to help. However, once we finally settled into our room, we were pleased with the spacious and clean accommodations. The resort itself had a relaxing atmosphere and the location was convenient for accessing the marina. Despite the check-in mishap, we would consider staying at Timber Pointe Resort again when visiting Lake Cumberland. I recommend this resort for a family or friends vacation getaway.

We had a fantastic time at Timber Pointe Resort for our family vacation to Lake Cumberland. The location was perfect for easy access to the marina, and Heather and her family were incredibly welcoming. The resort provided a relaxing setting with comfortable beds and enjoyable amenities. The on-site coffee shop was fabulous, and there was plenty of parking available, even for our truck and trailer. We were especially intrigued by the tiny houses on the property and are excited to see the expansion for overnight RVs. We will definitely be returning whenever we travel to Lake Cumberland.

The rustic room and dated bathroom did not take away from the overall comfort. The family-run cafe added a delightful touch to our stay. With a small menu, the homemade pizza was excellent and the family members were cheerful and friendly. The property was well-maintained, offering a variety of amenities. The staff were accommodating, and the location was ideal for accessing the marina. We will definitely revisit Timber Pointe Resort when we return to Lake Cumberland.
