The newly renovated hotel had exceptional rooms with lots of leg room and a quiet balcony overlooking the courtyard. The beautiful bathroom had two sinks, a tub/shower, and a large screen TV. The air conditioning kept the room cool, and the mini fridge provided cold water. The bar was comfortable with friendly staff and reasonably priced drinks.

The hotel was centrally located, making it easy for us to explore the quaint town and visit different restaurants. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, such as the fitness room and upscale restaurant/lounge, were top-notch. We also loved the complimentary homemade Toll House chocolate chip cookies and the goody bag given to us upon arrival. The location of the hotel was convenient for us to visit the Sunday morning Farmer's Market and also provided easy access to Santa Cruz beaches.

Great location and excellent food at Toll House Hotel. We had an issue with our room key not working, but after a quick trip to the front desk, we were helped by a friendly staff member who promptly solved the problem. I'll recommend this hotel.

The check-in process was smooth and the complimentary welcome pack with goodies was a pleasant surprise. AnnaLee, the check-in clerk, was friendly and welcoming. I appreciated having a bar and restaurant on-site, making it convenient to enjoy food and drinks. The presence of movie channels like HBO was an added bonus. It was also great that the hotel allowed pets and even provided a pet pillow for our furry friend. Lastly, I can't say enough about Doug, the Bellman, who truly made our trip memorable with his class, respect.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel nestled in the hills of Santa Cruz Mountains. The staff really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious, offering plenty of options to start my day right. The rooms were modern with fantastic amenities such as live music and a balcony. From the reviews given as examples: I also loved the lounge ambiance with seating around the inviting fireplace and band playing live on the weekends.

All in all, I had an incredible time staying at this hotel and cannot think of anything that could have been improved.

The location was great, with a secure gated parking lot. The common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the courtyard had beautiful flowers and trees. The hotel provided a nylon backpack with snacks and even a bottle of wine. Free toll house cookies and strawberry infused water in the lobby added a classy touch.
