The water park was amazing, with lots of activities for kids of all ages. the lazy river was a hit with my children, although the waves were a little scary for them in one section. the hotel itself had a great Japanese style and the staff in the executive club were excellent, especially with the children. the check-in process was smooth and the room was well-appointed, with a TV at the end of the bathtub that my kids loved.

The lack of storage space for clothes in the room was a downside. There was enough hanging wardrobe space, but more drawer space would have been convenient.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness, hotel facilities, and staff were all top-notch. The hotel is located in the middle of Galaxy Promenade, so everything, including the water park, is easily accessible. Plus, it is very close to the airport, making transportation convenient.

We were thrilled with the stunning view from our room overlooking the outdoor swimming pool. the room was spacious and well-appointed with exclusive amenities such as a Jacuzzi that provided a luxurious atmosphere. the private facilities were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay more comfortable. the service was excellent, from the helpful staff at the reception to our attentive room service. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, which had a range of delectable dishes and special diet menus.

I recently stayed at Hotel Okura for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were impeccable, with stunning views, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The resort has a wide variety of dining options, so we opted to have breakfast elsewhere, which worked out perfectly. The complimentary shuttle buses from the border made getting to the hotel a breeze. I also loved the beautiful swimming pools located on top of the mall. To top it off, we received a free room upgrade and a bottle of wine. The Japanese restaurant on the top floor was a bit pricey, but the food was exceptional.

I was delighted with the in-room sauna and jacuzzi at Hotel Okura. It was such a luxurious and relaxing experience. The executive lounge was also impressive, providing comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The staff were brilliant, making sure every aspect of my visit was amazing. The room itself was top-notch and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return to Hotel Okura for future celebrations. I highly recommend this hotel.
