I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful outside space that included a Zen Garden with loungers, tables, and fire pits. The views from my room were stunning, overlooking the mountains and downtown LA. The staff, especially Tony at the night desk, were extremely helpful and friendly. I also enjoyed the fast and delicious room service food.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its location close to a mall and Venice beach. Having a balcony with a street view was a plus, and the breakfast served was very good.

We also appreciated the option of valet or self-parking, and the calming and relaxed atmosphere of the lobby floor.

Attended a holiday party here and decided to stay the night. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Modern sitting areas inside and out, with a restaurant and lounge in the lobby and gardens. The breakfast served on the concierge floors was very good. Convenient Starbucks within the lobby. Great staff throughout the hotel.

Comfortable beds, quiet room, and friendly staff! the beds were so comfy and the room was nice and quiet. the staff, especially Odette and George, were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. They really made our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located in the city and is close to many attractions and restaurants.

The hotel is in a prime location, with easy access to many attractions. It is fairly close to the beach and in the mall. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is clean, and the service is top-notch! The breakfast is delicious and has plenty of choices. You can also enjoy sitting by the fireplace and the secure use of room keys everywhere is a plus!

The cost of the parking can add up quickly and should be adjusted to account for a longer stay.
