The hotel offers a superb level of hospitality, surpassing any other I have experienced during my extensive travels. the staff ensured my comfort from the moment I arrived until my departure. the Spanish Suite I stayed in was perfect, with stunning views of the sea and ships anchoring. the location of the hotel was ideal, with a footpath along the sea for leisurely walks. the overall experience was truly nostalgic and exceeded my expectations.

I must mention a few disappointments. There were also no longer special check-ins for the historical part of the hotel, causing crowded situations with other guests.

Our stay at the Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai was absolutely incredible. We were in Mumbai for a special occasion and stayed at the hotel for four nights. The hospitality we experienced was truly jaw-dropping. From check-in to housekeeping, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special thanks to Sandeep Ghuge, Housekeeping Ambassador, for surprising us with a chocolate cake for our anniversary. Azeem at the Sea Lounge made sure we had a lovely table with a view of the Gateway during our High Tea. However, the star of our stay was Mr. Lalit from the Butlers Department, who organized a private 3-course dinner in one of the signature suites. The staff even decorated the suite and framed our pictures during the dinner. The people at the Taj Mahal Palace truly made our stay unforgettable.

The staff member we spoke to on the phone was rude, uncooperative, and aggressive, which was unexpected from a renowned hotel chain. This service issue definitely impacted our overall experience.

As a weary backpacker, I treated myself to a night at Taj Mahal Palace. It was worth every penny. The exceptional service made me feel truly valued. The stunning architecture and luxurious atmosphere added to the experience. The in-room feet massage was incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend the "high tea" at Sea Launch and the delicious street food cooked in-house. Having a drink by the pool, with a designated smoking area, was the perfect way to unwind.

We stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. Our Club room with a sea view was absolutely beautiful and provided a stunning view of the Gateway of India and the boats. The Palace Lounge, where we enjoyed complimentary tea and evening drinks, added great value to our stay. The breakfast room for Club rooms was also very beautiful and the staff there were excellent. Additionally, the late check-out and included airport transfer made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The pool area was nice, although the staff could have been more attentive.

The rooms are large and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The service is impeccable throughout the stay, as mentioned by a guest who had their queries answered promptly. The breakfast room offers amazing views of the Gate of India. the hotel provides a luxurious and enjoyable experience.
