The rooms were comfortable and clean. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and scenic walks. the complimentary coffee and snacks were a nice touch. the staff was friendly and helpful.

Some staff members seemed uninterested or annoyed when I had questions or requests. Housekeeping could have been better, as plates and coffee cups were not always picked up.

Room furnishings and bed excellent, window seat not useful. One easy chair and reading lights over bed missing. Reception overly casual, shared space with bar. Open plan of lounge and reception lacked coziness, partial separation needed.

I recently stayed at a hotel in North Adams and it exceeded my expectations. the unique design and cozy atmosphere made it a truly special experience. the room had a beautiful view of the surrounding woods and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. the hotel also had a common room with a roaring fireplace, books, games, and even snacks and drinks, which was a great place to relax after a long day. the staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel was located near some amazing hiking trails, allowing me to explore the natural beauty of the area.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. the door in my room didn't shut very well, which was a slight inconvenience.
