I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, and I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at night. The elevators provided quick access to my floor. One day, while exploring, I discovered a nearby minimart for snacks, which was handy. However, the staff could improve their friendliness during check-in. Overall, it met my needs as a single traveler.

The gym was impressive like no other I've experienced at hotels worldwide access to great equipment. Staff were friendly and accommodating at every turn excited about their work made our stay even better.

The breakfast area felt a bit crowded and lacked a cozy atmosphere could use a touch of warmth.

The sparkling clean room and comfortable bed made my stay enjoyable, while the quick hot water in the shower provided a refreshing start to the day. Location next to Raffles City was a major plus.
