The staff was nice and accommodating, and the on-site restaurant had delicious food. The convenience of the location and the quiet ambiance during the day were enjoyable. The manager, Jennifer, was exceptionally helpful, making our stay more pleasant. However, the hotel could improve the exterior lighting and provide more Kleenex and paper towels in the rooms. The addition of incentives for return customers would also be a nice touch. The relaxation facilities, like the swimming pool and outdoor areas, added to our enjoyment, while the nearby landmarks, such as Denmark Vesey Monument and West Ashley Greenway, allowed for unique family bonding experiences.

the property was fantastic with beautiful southern charm furnishings. the bed was so comfortable, and the staff were very pleasant. the breakfast buffet was awesome, and the hotel is close to the beach. they even have a restaurant on-site.
