Our basketball team stayed here for the weekend and the location was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable with soft beds. The front desk attendant was helpful and accommodating. This was the only hotel in the area with an indoor pool, hot tub, and hot breakfast. The kids loved it!

I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and great amenities.

The hotel offered spacious and clean suites, which provided ample space for our family. Additionally, the location was convenient as it was close to major highways, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. the fact that the hotel was insect-free was also a positive aspect. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

There were a few aspects that we didn't like about the hotel. This was inconvenient and not up to the industry standard.

Our stay was great! The location was ideal, we had access to many shops, restaurants, and the mall. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the convenience of the breakfast buffet, but the pancakes weren't up to par. The pool looked inviting though we didn't get to take a dip. We appreciated the TVs at each table in the restaurant, which is an excellent idea.

There was one staff member who was terribly rude to us during one of our meals.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at the restaurant, which exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the hotel was easy to find and had a convenient location.

On the downside, the lighting in the rooms could have been better, as it was a bit dim. the sofa bed mattress was also not very comfortable, but that's to be expected with sofa beds.

Convenient location near interstate, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Spacious suites with comfortable beds. Professional and friendly staff. No issues with insects. Walmart and Sams Club nearby.

We were thrilled that this hotel had a hot tub/pool available, as well as a hot breakfast. It was one of the only hotels in the area to offer these amenities. Our kids had a blast in the indoor pool, and the breakfast spread was superb. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy driving access to local shops, restaurants, and attractions.

On a couple of occasions, I experienced some issues with room assignments and plumbing problems. However, the front desk staff handled these situations quickly and professionally, providing solutions and compensating for any inconvenience.

We loved our stay here in Pigeon Forge! The hotel was affordable and provided double beds which were super comfy to sleep in while watching TV! The rooms appeared to have been cleaned as the beds were made. The breakfast included numerous options to choose from which was great!
