I had a great stay at Towneplace Suites in Ames. The 2 bedroom queen suite was spacious and well laid out, with comfortable beds and a decent-sized kitchen and bathrooms. The hotel is also relatively new, so everything was up to date and in great condition. The workout room was a pleasant surprise, with all the equipment in good working order. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wonderful selection of food. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed from Oct 10-13, and the front desk girl during those days went above and beyond. She even helped us jump-start our car in the rain and cold. The entire staff and management were excellent, making our stay wonderful. The small banquet room for our graduation celebration dinner was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The hotel was clean, sanitized, and we felt very safe and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, and the pool and fitness area are exceptional. The staff is always polite and helpful. a wonderful place to stay.

The value for our money was excellent, with a spacious and well-designed 2 bedroom queen suite, comfortable beds and pillows, and a decent size kitchen and bathrooms. The location was perfect and the staff were really nice, making us feel at home throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved by slightly increasing the temperature of the pool to make it more enjoyable, especially during the cold Iowa winter.

Breakfast was delicious. Room decor was modern. The workout room had working equipment. Staff was accommodating.

The girl at the front desk was extremely helpful, even going as far as assisting us with our dead car battery in the cold and rain. The location by a field of grass provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area, surrounded by a field of grass and providing a serene atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable with well-equipped kitchens and nice seating. The showers are great, and the staff goes above and beyond to take care of the guests.
