We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The staff was very friendly, professional, and efficient. They made us feel welcomed and ensured that our needs were met. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable and felt like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel was centrally located in midtown, making it close to everything we needed. It was a short drive to many restaurants and Walmart, and even close to the airport. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast was a nice added bonus, and although not spectacular, it was a convenient option.

Text: I had a wonderful time during my recent stay at a hotel in Anchorage. The location was ideal, allowing me to explore the city easily. The room was clean and felt like a comfortable home away from home.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. the room was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette and a comfortable bed. the location was convenient, with a famous restaurant just a short walk away.

The coffee could use some improvement.

Free airport shuttle. Close to REI, CARRS, and other stores. Helpful staff. Upgraded to larger room. Sunday breakfast had hot food and waffle maker. Local recommended restaurants: "award winning" and "cheap and delicious" seafood. Visited Alaska Zoo with arctic animals.

Welcoming staff, well-designed room, comfortable linens, good kitchen amenities, bright common areas.

I recently stayed at Towneplace Suites in Anchorage for a week-long vacation. The hotel was centrally located, making it convenient to explore the area. I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were nice and helpful, even upgrading my room when there was an issue with the shower. The location in Midtown was perfect, with many restaurants within walking distance. It was also close to supermarkets and shops, like REI, CARRS, Fred Meyer, and Walmart. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which made my travel experience so much easier. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The kitchen facilities were great for preparing meals, and the breakfasts provided were delicious, with a waffle station and a variety of options available. it was a great hotel with excellent amenities and a convenient location.

Airport shuttle not available, no bathroom fan, inconsistent friendliness from staff. Hot tub not working and swimming pool was cold.

They treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the location was perfect and easily accessible to all the surrounding attractions. We were also impressed by the clean and well-maintained rooms, as well as the complementary amenities, including the delicious breakfast and indoor pool. we had an incredible experience and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The front desk attendant seemed flustered and was unable to multitask, causing a delay in our check-in process. Although she was friendly, we would have appreciated better communication and attention to detail.
