the staff at the 24-hour reception were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome. the location was perfect, close to many local restaurants and attractions, making it convenient for us to explore the area.

While our overall experience was wonderful, we did encounter a minor issue with the air conditioning in our room not working properly. It would be great if the hotel could pay closer attention to these details to ensure all amenities are in top working condition ' comfort.

The room was cozy and had a nice balcony overlooking the city. the bed was comfy, and there was plenty of space to work. The location was great, with good restaurants nearby. Cons: Slight noise from the speeding cars on the bridge could bother some guests.

Oaks Townsville Gateway Suites provided a fantastic stay for my family. the location was ideal, close to Flinders Street and Palmer, with great restaurants nearby. the apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. the views from the 12th-floor apartment were breathtakingly beautiful, adding to our relaxation. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and outdoor facilities. Nearby landmarks like Reef HQ Aquarium and Townsville Yacht Club Marina offered unique experiences that brought our family closer together.

Waking up to stunning water views from the balcony was like having a private viewing deck for nature's daily show. the tranquil sight provided a serene backdrop to my mornings, making it feel like a mini-vacation right in my luxurious apartment.

We absolutely loved our stay at Oaks Townsville Gateway Suites! The pool was absolutely amazing, especially for our young kids. They had a large shallow area where the kids could play and have a great time. Even though we forgot our floaties, the pool made up for it and provided a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was also perfect, making it very easy for us to get around town. We enjoyed dining at Ribs and Rumps and the yacht club, both of which were conveniently close to the hotel. The room, although a bit dated in terms of the bathrooms and furniture, was overall clean, tidy, and enjoyable to stay in. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location and an amazing pool experience.

We had a fantastic time on our mini holiday. The location was perfect, with the ferry, clubs, and city centre all within walking distance. The noise levels from neighboring rooms and the street were quite disruptive at night. the smell from the exhaust fans outside was quite unpleasant and affected our ability to enjoy the balcony.

We had a great stay at the hotel located in just the right spot. On the corner of Palmer Street with all of its restaurants, bars, and hangouts. In the other direction, a short walk will get you into the heart of the city with access to the Strand. the room itself was comfortable with a little verandah to sit outside on. the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the lovely pool. the laundry facilities were convenient and the wifi worked excellently. the receptionist who checked us in was also great.
