My family and I stayed at Towneplace Suites in Gurnee for a weekend getaway. the location was perfect, remote yet close to food options. the staff was accommodating, allowing us to check in at 3 am when we had a sudden issue. the room was impeccably clean and well-equipped with kitchen essentials. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and appreciated the thoughtful gesture of streaming the Navy Bootcamp Graduation ceremony. Cons: Would recommend this hotel.

There were some issues with the pool not being heated as advertised, and the absence of a hot tub was disappointing. Some guests smoked weed outside, which made me uncomfortable with kids around.

I keep returning because it has bug spray. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, Free parking, and Indoor swimming pool. Also, I love the 24-hour reception and Business centre. I'm excited for Christmas here.
