The cottage was AMAZING. Beautiful rooms with big, comfy beds and a spectacular balcony view of the National park. Monkeys were all over the place, making it a unique and enjoyable experience. The staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful. The pool was clean, and the food at the restaurant was excellent. The garden was huge and beautiful, with many lovely animals like monkeys and birds. The rooms were quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Highly recommended for a family stay.

Felt like being home, no complaints.

I had a fantastic time at Masai Lodge during my recent stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially James, the reception and restaurant staff, the gardener, and the security guards. They went above and beyond to assist me and my husband, who uses a wheelchair. The cozy room had a beautiful view and the surrounding nature was stunning. The hotel organized a great safari tour and even arranged a special candlelit dinner for my birthday. A big thank you to Solomon and Margaret for their outstanding service!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful scenery and wildlife. We even had the privilege of going on a nature walk with a kind-hearted Masai guide named James, who made our trip truly memorable. The customer service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the clean rooms and stunning views from our balcony. The food was delicious, with a variety of buffet options for breakfast. this was one of the best vacations we've ever had.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional - always friendly and willing to assist. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the transportation options were convenient. I cannot express enough how helpful and accommodating the staff was throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at an incredible hotel in Nairobi, and it was truly one of my best vacations ever. The staff at this hidden gem was amazing, always happy to help and make our stay memorable. The serene and tranquil atmosphere of the hotel was remarkable, surrounded by the beauty of nature. The views from the balcony, dining area, and pool were absolutely breath-taking. The food was exquisite, with a special shoutout to the chef for the butternut and ginger soup. The location was also ideal, close to Nairobi National Park and Kitengela Glass Factory. I loved my stay at Masai Lodge and would definitely come back again.

The staff at Masai Lodge were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our family had a smooth and comfortable stay. Despite arriving late from a long flight, they quickly got us settled into our rooms, especially with our young children. The Masai guides were friendly and took us on a magical walk after breakfast. The highlight for us was the fantastic pool, which offered breathtaking views of the National Park.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks during our stay, such as the rooms being far from the main hotel and not as pictured, and the cooked breakfast being barely warm on both mornings, these did not significantly affect our overall experience.
