During our recent stay at the Towneplace Suites, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and comfortable accommodations. The front desk staff, including Tricia, Tammy, and Michelle, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even provided us with discount coupons for nearby restaurants. The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. When I accidentally spilled coffee on the floor, Cindy and Becky promptly cleaned our room and were incredibly friendly throughout the process. The location of the hotel was ideal, allowing us easy access to the attractions in the area, including the White Mountains.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the softness of the beds and some road noise from the rear rooms, the overall experience at the Towneplace Suites was fantastic. We particularly appreciated the function and convenience of the kitchen, as it allowed us to prepare our own meals and accommodate dietary restrictions.

Amazing rooms!

We recently stayed at a hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the amazing rooms. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen, a huge closet, and a comfortable pull-out couch. The king-size bed was incredibly cozy. The added bonus of free breakfast and a pool made our stay even more enjoyable. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The suite was fantastic with queen size beds, a spacious living room, dining table, and a full kitchen. The staff were extremely accommodating and couldn't have been nicer. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great, especially the make-your-own waffles. our stay was perfect and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to everything I needed and just a short distance from the White Mountains. The hotel had a cozy atmosphere with a beautiful fireplace that was perfect for winter evenings. The beds were always comfortable and there was always an extra blanket available. The towels were amazing, and I loved them so much that I am considering ordering some from the Bonvoy site. The kitchen in the room was a great feature, especially since I have dietary restrictions. Being able to cook my own meals made it much easier to accommodate my needs.

Central location, ideal for exploring surrounding areas. Cosy fireplace and comfy beds with ample blankets. Spotlessly clean rooms and excellent kitchen facilities including fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Friendly and helpful staff, with special thanks to Sarah Reception Manager. Pool on site is a great option to relax in.

Convenient location near Laconia and the lakes. Reception has helpful business card map and weather updates. Well-equipped rooms with nice towels. Basic breakfast provided. Friendly and helpful staff throughout, especially Sarah at reception.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to Laconia, Weirs Beach, and Meredith, making it convenient for exploring the area. We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We loved having the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which saved us some extra cash. the location was perfect, close to all the major attractions and restaurants. But the best part about our stay was the comfortable beds - we slept like babies every night!

While our stay was overall great, we did have some minor issues with the cleanliness of our room. the housekeeping staff seemed a little rushed and didn't pay attention to small details like dust on the furniture.
