The hotel had clean and spacious rooms with a kitchenette and two large screen TVs. The staff was lovely and the receptionists were friendly. We enjoyed the good breakfast and appreciated that coffee was always available. The hotel had a gym, parking for guests and overnight, as well as a shuttle service to and from the Strip area. We also liked the good WiFi and the fact that the hotel was within walking distance of necessity shops, as well as the Allegiant stadium and TMobile Arena.

The room was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a large shower. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was open, and we were able to reserve a time slot without any hassle. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Bus terminal at 42nd St we highly recommend Towneplace Suites for families with kids.

During my Christmas stay, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, and the fact that it felt fairly new was a plus. I also enjoyed the excellent breakfast each morning, which never got too crowded. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect. I was able to walk to nearby businesses and food options like Wendy's, Jack-in-the-Box, In-N-Out, and Starbucks. It was also within walking distance to the Strip, with the Excalibur only a 10-minute walk away. I could even see the new Raiders football stadium in the distance, which added to the overall appeal of the location.

While the overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor downsides. Firstly, there was a significant issue with the deposit.

Great place for families with kids. The room had everything we needed, from a small kitchen to a big shower. The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice and efficient. The pool was open by reservation system and not crowded at all. I highly recommend Towneplace Suites.

We had a lovely romantic getaway with a decent room and comfy bed. the hotel provided a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. the location was great, only a short Uber ride to exciting attractions and restaurants to visit, perfect for exploring the city. We also enjoyed the beautiful scenery from our room's window.

The bathroom was in need of a bit of maintenance, with some of its fixtures outdated and the shower head a bit weak. We also wished there were more in-room amenities such as robes and slippers for a cozier stay.
