The first time I stayed, staff recommended great places. Now, I keep coming back for Christmas. This place suits me perfectly with 24-hour reception, bar/lounge, restaurant, fitness center, indoor swimming pool. Happy guest, no regrets!

Towneplace Suites in downtown Louisville exceeded our expectations. the suite was exceptionally clean and comfortable with a full kitchenette, amenities were great, and staff helpful. Easy access to downtown attractions and walking distance to many spots to explore.

I really loved staying here! The location was perfect, close to all the attractions I wanted to see. The staff were the best part, they were so helpful and made everything smooth for me. The room had everything I needed, including a cooking area with all the utensils I required. The air conditioning was amazing, and the flat-screen TV was huge! People who want to relax can use the indoor swimming pool or the sun loungers, which are available here.

As a tourist, I loved the deluxe suites with a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge, stove tops, microwaves, and utensils. The covered parking was a great feature, and the huge and beautiful pool was a highlight. The hotel was impeccably clean and had a pleasant scent.

There was an issue with trying to charge extra money to my card, despite me paying the bar tab in cash. the hotel made several attempts to charge my card despite the issue being resolved with the bar tender and manager.

I loved the well-designed and comfortable room at Towneplace Suites. The kitchenette with a stove and full-sized refrigerator was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast provided was also delicious and convenient. it was a great stay.

The presence of hair in the shower and the inconvenience of parking were minor drawbacks. Additionally, it would have been nice to have three days worth of coffee in the room, considering the cleaning schedule.
