Always returning for holidays. Staff guided on my first stay. Perfect for me with amenities like Free Wi, Fi, 24, hour reception, Fitness centre. I appreciate Luggage storage, Snack bar, Laundry, Board games , no regrets here.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with full-size fridge and microwave. the location was excellent, with a subway nearby getting you to Times Square in just 30 minutes. the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and at home every time I interacted with them.

Everything was spot on, and my stay was enjoyable with no issues.

I recently stayed at Towneplace Suites for leisure for three nights. the location was convenient to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the friendly staff, especially Adjoa at the front desk, made my stay enjoyable. the breakfast room was outstanding with good food, and everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful.
