We found a lovely hotel in the heart of the city, away from the bustling area outside. The room was beautifully decorated and well-equipped, with luxurious amenities and a perfect bathroom. The hotel staff provided excellent service, including a warm foot bath after a tiring day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the SPA-massage, which was one of the best we've had.

There were some initial problems during check-in that caused an unpleasant feeling.

My Easter stay in Varanasi was a delight. the complementary breakfast and airport pick up made the start of my stay feel very luxurious. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the city's attractions. I loved the calm ambiance of the hotel’s garden and the attentive and friendly staff.

Although the air conditioning worked well, it was hard to regulate the temperature in my room. It would either be too cold or too stuffy.

The room was great. Staff were helpful. Buffet was delicious. Spa massage was wonderful. Convenient location.

The only minor issue was in the room service; the room boys only cleaned the room when guests were in, and continuously looking for compliments, which got on my nerves and prevented me from tipping.
