Towneplace Suites experience was fantastic. the check-in process around 7:30 p.m. was smooth, and the room was impeccably clean. the beds offered exceptional comfort, ensuring a restful stay. Staff members were friendly and attentive, enhancing our overall satisfaction.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the guy at the front desk when we checked in late at 7:30 p.m. the room was really clean, and the beds were super comfy - had a great night's sleep! the location was convenient too, close to restaurants and shops.

There were some issues during our stay. the room was a bit small, and we found a water bottle and someone's hat left behind.

I always stay here for my business trips. the staff helped me shop nearby. It has everything I need , Wi, Fi, free parking, friendly 24, hour reception. I love the outdoor saltwater pool and board games. It suits me perfectly.

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. Guests have reported dirty floors, cobwebs, and even spiders in their rooms, which is unacceptable for any hotel.

The breakfast had a great variety of options, including a waffle maker and boiled eggs. the outdoor gas grills were a perfect addition for a family cookout. we were able to bring our furry friend along, which was a huge plus.

The room had a few inconveniences, such as a leaky window and low toilet. We also found a silverfish in one of the drawers which made us feel a bit uneasy.
