I stayed for four nights and the staff was so cold, I was practically frozen myself. Plus, my bathroom was a disaster and towels were reused, which is just unsanitary. After paying 120 euros a night, I woudl ve expected a complimentary upgrade, but apparently that’s too much to ask. almost gave it a good review, but just couldn’t.

My family and I enjoyed our 4-night stay! The air conditioning was a lifesaver during warm days. However, the mattress felt extremely firm—definitely not for everyone. Don't miss the refreshing breakfast options! Consider bringing your own pillow for extra comfort.

The location is convenient, just a short 10-minute walk from the station and a pleasant stroll to the city center. The staff was consistently friendly and eager to assist, which enhanced the experience. The room offered good comfort with a brilliant shower and cozy bed. Unfortunately, the absence of a safe for valuables and tea-making facilities was a drawback. However, the food offerings, especially the chopped salads, were refreshing and enjoyable.

This place is super close to the hauptbahnhof, like a quick 10-min walk! The bed was comfy, which I appreciated. Breakfast was solid, especially the fresh milk – way better than the cheap stuff I'm used to. Only bummer was no kettle in the room for a quick tea fix. Still, it was a nice stay overall!
