We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially with accommodating our 1-year-old by putting us in a quiet part of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Additionally, the location was convenient as it was close to the mall, restaurants, and attractions.

Great Rooms, okay hotel

We stumbled upon this hotel during our halfway point stop on our way back home from a vacation. The room we stayed in was absolutely stunning! It was beautifully designed, modern, and extremely comfortable. Check-in was a breeze, and we had easy access to the hotel. Despite it being quite busy, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The free breakfast provided was decent, considering the affordable price we paid. They had everything we expected, including luggage carts for added convenience. We were even pleased to find out that they welcome pets. we had no complaints about our stay and would definitely choose to stay there again if we find ourselves in the area.

This hotel is very convenient since it’s close to many restaurants and shops, making it easy to find a good meal nearby. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for take out restaurants.

We had a great stay at Towneplace Suites in Chattanooga! The check-in process was a breeze and the staff were super friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had amazing water pressure in the shower. The location was convenient too, just a short drive to the Summit Softball Complex.

The only suggestion I have for improvement is the breakfast selection. It would have been nice to have a wider variety of options.
