The log-cabin style rooms were cozy and the bed was really comfortable. The location was perfect for nature lovers, with the Bear Dune scenic overlook drive nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering to leave a room unlocked for our late arrival. The lake and beach with a view of the dune climb were just steps away. The hotel provided a coffee machine, refrigerator, and microwave in every room, which was convenient. it was a calm and enjoyable experience.

I recently stayed at Maple Lane in Empire for a couple of nights while visiting Sleeping Bear Dunes. Not to mention, it was just a quick drive to Glen Arbor, where we found plenty of great restaurants and beautiful areas to explore.
