From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly and helpful reception staff. They made our check-in process smooth and hassle-free. We were impressed by the spaciousness of our room and the elegant decor throughout the hotel. The amenities were outstanding, especially the wellness area with its luxurious saunas and infinity pool. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, right outside the train station and surrounded by a vibrant area full of restaurants, cafes, and shops. It was easy to explore the city with the convenient public transport connections. our stay at Eurostars Berlin was a truly luxurious experience at a great value. We will definitely be coming back.

The hotel is conveniently located near the museums in the German capital, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The attractions are within walking distance or just 1-2 train stops away. the hotel is situated down a pedestrian walkway directly opposite the Frederichstrasse Railway Station. Guests can enjoy a lovely room with a great view over the atrium, a large bed, and a bathroom with a bath/shower. The staff is polite, and the bar offers affordable drinks.

The reception staff could use some improvement in terms of politeness and customer service.

I had a fantastic experience at Eurostars Berlin. The pool and sauna were top-notch, and I was provided with plenty of towels. The location at the top of the hotel was incredibly pleasant, offering a quiet atmosphere. The bathroom in my room was excellent, stocked with high-quality products and extra amenities. The staff were generally helpful, ensuring my needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay!

Eurostars Berlin provided excellent value for money with their modern and spacious rooms that exceeded our expectations. The pool area was lovely and the temperature of the pool itself was delightful. The hotel had great views and a high-end atmosphere, truly showcasing their great value for money. The hotel breakfast could have been improved by offering softer pillows. However, when I requested softer ones, the staff immediately provided them to suit our preferences.

The location of the hotel was great for our city trip. It was very close to a train station which made it easy to get around. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the fact that the room was spacious enough for three people.

We encountered some rude and unresponsive employees who didn't seem to care about their guests. the cleanliness of the room was also not up to par, especially considering the high price we paid for the stay.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a very convenient location. Eurostars provided a very comfortable room with large windows that I could open, allowing for fresh air. the room also had a spacious bathroom with a great shower. the hotel's proximity to the Friedrichstrasse transportation hub made it easy for me to get anywhere I wanted to go in Berlin. There were also some excellent restaurants nearby, such as Nielke right across the street, which I discovered on my own.

The hotel's location is perfect, being very close to the train station and within walking distance of several key sights. The room was excellent, and we were even upgraded to an Executive suite, starting our stay off on a great note. The breakfast offered a nice variety of choices.

There were some issues with the restaurant and kitchen, causing inconvenience for guests who wanted to eat at the hotel.

This luxurious venue fulfilled all my exclusive needs. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and heated swimming pool were all top of the range. the sun loungers were the perfect place to relax. the private facilities were an added bonus, and the bar/lounge area was great for unwinding. the location was perfect, providing easy access to everything.

The only minor issue was the buffet breakfast, which was slightly pricey. the restaurant and special diet menus were exceptional.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the metro and train station, with good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's also within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The room is spacious, quiet, and the bathroom is well-equipped. The hotel itself is beautiful, new, and has a good breakfast selection.
