After a long day of traveling, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfortable temperature of our room at Towneplace Suites. Despite being small, the room was well-maintained and had a nice touch with the toaster. We also appreciated the convenience of having Netflix available on the TV. Despite some minor noise from the neighboring room's plumbing, it was relatively quiet. our stay was satisfactory.

Great value for the money. The rooms had all the amenities I needed, including a kitchen. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to many restaurants and easy access to major highways.

The room had a strong odor of wet carpet and looked worn down. Furnishings were old and outdated.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and provided excellent customer service. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We were allowed to bring our pets and the check-in process was simple and easy. Additionally, we had a pleasant surprise when we left an important personal item behind and the staff quickly secured it and sent it to us the next day.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The hotel appeared older and in need of repair, unlike the crisp and clean pictures online.
