The staff is genuinely welcoming. special shout-out to De Juan and Malikha for making everyone feel at home. Spacious rooms and a handy kitchenette made our stay comfortable. Great location for family outings to the Rocket Museum and botanical gardens.

While the hotel had nice amenities, the breakfast options were a bit limited, and at times, it felt understaffed. I had to visit the front desk in person since calls went unanswered.

the room was absolutely not as clean as i expected, with a straw wrapper lurking by the nightstand. not to mention, my tv wouldn't turn on! on top of this, where’s my complimentary bottle of water that every fancy hotel usually provides? i almost gave a good review, but shocking incompetence ruined it for me.

This spot felt like home! Loved having three generations chillin’ in the suite. Super close to the Rocket museum and botanical gardens, and all the food options just a quick drive away. Plus, a nice kitchenette in the room was a lifesaver for late-night snacks after a long day. Totally dope stay for the whole fam!

The room cleanliness was below par, with trash from previous guests lingering. It was frustrating to hunt down extra sheets and blankets for the sleeper sofa!!! More attention to detail is definitely needed here!!!
