Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor service. The staff seemed overwhelmed and incapable of handling basic requests, leaving me feeling neglected during my stay. The dining options were particularly disappointing. I expected a five-star experience but found the food to be subpar at best, not fitting for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, my air conditioning was overly cold, making my sleep uncomfortable. Overall, it was a disappointingly frustrating experience.

I had the most amazing stay at the Trident Hotel in Port Antonio! My villa was incredibly spacious with a fantastic outdoor tub and my very own private pool. The property is clean, and the views from my room were simply breathtaking! The private beach was the cherry on top, providing a perfect spot to unwind and relax. The staff was attentive and made sure that every moment felt special.

trident hotel is an absolute gem! the villas are super spacious and have a private pool with stunning views of the ocean. the staff were so cool, especially at the beach where the lifeguards took us snorkeling and taught us paddleboarding. dinner was like a treat with great live music adding to the vibe. every day felt like a vacation in paradise!
