The hotel is conveniently located next to several excellent locally-owned restaurants that I would not have otherwise known about. It made finding a good place to eat very easy. The rooms with small kitchenettes are a great feature. It was nice to have the option to cook our own meals if we wanted to. The staff was very friendly and provided great service. They were always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Joplin! The value for money was excellent, especially considering the spacious and comfortable rooms with a bathroom located away from the bedroom. I also appreciated the attention to detail with the small kitchenette in the room, which was perfect for my needs. Additionally, the hotel's location was great, as it was easy to get to and there were excellent locally-owned restaurants close by that I wouldn't have discovered otherwise.

There was no pet hair left behind in our room, making it feel like a true pet-free environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the breakfast ladies were kind and attentive. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and the kitchenette was a useful addition for our needs. I will definitely be staying here again!

The room rate on my reservation confirmation did not match the actual rate. the hotel had paper plates and plastic cutlery which felt disappointing for the price I paid.
