I always return for the warm welcome. Staff helped with heavy bags my first stay. Perfect spot with internet, parking, storage, fitness center, pool, laundry. Easy check-in, sun loungers, kids' buffet, board games, AC, smoke-free. Coming back for Christmas!.

The hotel's affordable rates make it a good deal. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and suitable for families. the location may not be extraordinary, but it's convenient for accessing New Orleans. Plus, the complimentary parking is a great bonus!

The room at Towneplace Suites was very clean and neat, with nice linens and pillows. The kitchen amenities were great, especially the freezer that actually froze things quickly. The hotel also had useful facilities like a laundry room and an exercise facility. The outdoor pool and barbeque grill were a nice addition as well.

The location was perfect for exploring the city and was close to popular attractions. we enjoyed the convenience of having a fridge and microwave in our room.

Our room was not up to par with our expectations. There was a strange odor that lingered throughout the room, and the carpet felt damp.
