I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was incredibly convenient, being just a short walk from Times Square, and there were plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. the included breakfast was a great bonus and I really enjoyed starting my day with a good meal. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

One thing that bothered me was the slow elevator. It was especially inconvenient for those staying on the upper floors.

We had an amazing Easter weekend in the heart of the city. the warm welcome we received from the staff was second to none. They offered us complementary snacks and drinks that really hit the spot. the location couldn't have been better, everything was within walking distance and we found ourselves in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. the views were fantastic too, we could see the bright lights from our room which was definitely a plus.

Our room faced the street and the construction work outside started pretty early in the morning which disrupted our sleep. we found the lighting in the room to be a bit dim, especially in the evening.

The shower was fantastic, with high water pressure and plenty of hot water. I appreciated the thoughtful details, such as the adjustable showerhead, and felt thoroughly refreshed after my stay. I would recommend this hotel.
