The rooms were clean and the staff were wonderful. They allowed my small dog to stay with us without extra charge. The price was very good for the accommodations provided. I appreciated their assistance when we left a diabetic medication behind. the manager took care of it for us.

The location is ideal for access to restaurants.

Our experience at Motel 6-Cleveland was quite frustrating. We were checked out before the actual checkout time because the front desk deactivated our room keys at 10:30 AM, leaving us stranded outside trying to pack our car. To make matters worse, there was no coffee available in the rooms, which we sorely needed after a long night. The lack of reliable communication from the staff left us feeling unwelcome and disregarded during our stay.
