I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the amenities and services offered. The attention to detail in the rooms was also impressive. I appreciated the spaciousness and the presence of amenities like a DVD player, which you don't often find in other hotels. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location was fantastic, with easy access to Silverwood, stores, and restaurants.

We had a blast at Triple Play! The room was clean and the housekeeping staff was attentive. We loved the breakfast buffet and the convenience of having room service. The ropes course, mini golf, arcade, bumper boats, go karts, and water park kept us entertained all day. Plus, the location was perfect with restaurants, shopping, and Silverwood nearby.

If we had to mention one thing, it would be that there was a delay in getting new bedding for our room. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue when we reminded them.

Helpful front desk staff was able to fix any issues with the key cards and provided great information about the surrounding area. The continental breakfast at Triple Play Resort Hotel & Suites was absolutely fabulous. The variety and quality of the food were impressive. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with everything in good working order. The staff, from the front desk to the maintenance personnel, were courteous and polite throughout our stay. It couldn't have been better.

Though there were a few drawbacks, such as the noise from kids running in the hallway in the early morning, which disrupted our sleep, we understand that it's a family-friendly hotel with a connecting kids' park. So, it's expected to have some level of noise.
