Spacious rooms, unexpected pool access

The modern decor is striking, and our room was spotless and spacious. Breakfast offered great options like oatmeal and fresh fruit, and the heated pool was a perfect retreat after a day out.

I was blown away by the spotless accommodations and the large window overlooking the stunning city view! Breakfast felt like a gourmet treat with a variety of delicious options like eggs, waffles, and fresh fruit. Plus, the parking was inexpensive and super convenient for our stay!

AC unit loud, staff friendly and helpful.

The golf course nearby was a nice addition to our stay. We faced issues with loud noise from neighboring rooms at night, which affected our sleep.

The parking fee is unnecessary!!! Housekeeping left much to be desired upon arrival!!! An AC unit that sounds like a jet engine makes for sleepless nights!!! And the absence of a microwave in the room is baffling!!!

The King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and comfortable, but we experienced some issues with the shade only going halfway up and the toilet that had flushing problems. The staff was helpful in addressing our concerns, but cleanliness could be improved, particularly upon arrival. Great for families needing extra space, but be prepared for some maintenance needs.

I had a fantastic stay! The complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially the oatmeal and bagels. My room was clean and quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. The only downside was that the gym had two non-working treadmills, but the equipment that was available was great!

the pool wasn’t even ready for guests at 8:30—like, what takes so long? I also felt absolutely robbed when housekeeping failed to clean my room. And honestly, woudl it kill them to offer a complimentary welcome gift? I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t due to these glaring oversights, feeling quite average, really.

The mattress was way too soft, and the blackout shade had rips letting in the morning light, which was irritating. There wasn't a microwave in the room, a real inconvenience for late-night snacks. The limited toiletries were surprising—only soap at the sink and basic shower items without any extras. On top of that, noise levels were high with kids running around and playing in the halls, making it tough to enjoy the stay in peace. Had some housekeeping issues too. they didn’t clean adequately when requested.

The place is close to Salt River Fields at Talking Stick. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast spread was solid. Clean rooms and good vibes overall. If you're up for some fun, definitely check out nearby attractions.

Had a bit of a letdown with the elevator being broken during our stay. It was a hassle, especially with our luggage. Got to be ready for some maintenance issues.
