The beds were comfortable and the bathroom looked nice.

We were woken up early by loud chairs and kids running. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful when we reported our dirty bathroom.

The hotel was well, maintained and up, to, date, with no maintenance issues. the housekeeping was top, notch and the room was very clean. the breakfast was above average, with a unique automatic pancake maker. the view of the river was great and the location was convenient, being only a short distance from downtown Cincinnati and the Newport aquarium.

The room had a few shortcomings. There was only one outlet by the bed, which required running an extension cord across the room to charge phones.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the stunning view of the river from the breakfast room. the hotel's convenient location near the riverboat shuttle to the Riverbend Music Center and the trolley stop was also a key factor in choosing this place. Additionally, being within walking distance to Newport on the Levee and a variety of restaurants was a definite advantage.

Although my overall stay was pleasant, the check-in process was a bit slow, with a wait of at least half an hour for the room to be ready. A quicker check-in would have been appreciated.

The location of this hotel was perfect! Right by the river, with lovely views. Despite the elevators being out, the staff was understanding and accommodating, even giving us complimentary drinks. a great experience.

The beds were comfortable, and the towels were big and fluffy. I appreciated the microwave and mini fridge in the room. The breakfast area on the 2nd floor was large and provided a variety of seating options. There were also several nearby restaurants within walking distance. Covered parking was conveniently located right off the lobby.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room amenities, including the heating and air conditioning, as well as the in-room safe. Free wi-fi was available, and there was even a microwave and refrigerator provided. The staff was excellent, particularly the housekeeping and front desk personnel. Additionally, there were ample leisure facilities, including a TV room and an exercise gym.

I would definitely recommend this place to friends looking for a great hotel with excellent service and amenities.

We arrived at a fantastic location, where we could watch the river flow by at night. It was nice to walk to the big liquor store and browse the variety of different kinds they carry. The hotel was located in a convenient area to everything we wanted to do, including plenty of restaurants to choose from.
