We absolutely loved our romantic getaway at this hotel! the beds were so comfy and warm, we accidentally overslept one day! the breakfast was delicious, with hot omelettes, sausages, and a variety of cereals and sweets to choose from. the location was perfect for us, as we were visiting nearby attractions like Richmond and Kings Dominion. Being close to these places made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear some noise from neighboring rooms. the design of the bathroom was a bit inconvenient, with the toilet paper not being located close enough to the toilet.

The hotel's location right off I-95 was convenient for me, making it easy to travel to and from my destination. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations, with well-maintained facilities and a spotless bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the maintenance man who went out of his way to fix my TV issue. We couldn't have asked for a better value for our money - the hotel was new, clean, and absolutely beautiful. The staff treated us exceptionally well, being understanding and accommodating during a difficult situation. The location was perfect for our needs, conveniently located on our travel route between states.

The hotel breakfast menu could have offered a later serving time for those who like to sleep in a bit.

The bed was super comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The lobby had various games available, which was a fun touch. the parking area was well-lit and had plenty of space for guests' vehicles.

The breakfast choices were average and nothing spectacular. The hallway was uncomfortably hot, and it was inconvenient to have to go down to the lobby for bottled water or to use the refill machine.

Our stay at Tru By Hilton was great! The maintenance man went above and beyond to fix our TV when it wouldn't turn on. The breakfast had a good variety for a quick bite. The location was perfect for our trip to Kings Dominion. Despite the noise from the nearby truck stop, we enjoyed looking out the window at the traffic on the highway at night. We will definitely stay here again.
