As older guests, we loved the convenient location, just off the freeway and close to amenities. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and helpful, attending to all our needs. The included breakfast vouchers for Denny's, a short walk away, were a real bonus. Despite being near the freeway and a drive-thru food outlet, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The rooms were newly refurbished and the beds were great, ensuring our comfort during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great central location. It was easy to find and conveniently located right along 101 and Harbor Boulevard. The hotel was clean and had all the facilities we needed. We appreciated the option to park our bikes in a meeting room overnight. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even loaned us a bottle opener when we needed one. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with a nice walking path/trail to the Ventura Pier and beach. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions, including a Brewery and seafood restaurant that were popular with locals.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The suites were spacious and clean, providing ample room for my family visit with my elderly parents and adult brother. We were all very comfortable and happy. The hotel's location was superb, as it was within walking distance of the beach, park, and walking path. Additionally, there were plenty of chain restaurants nearby, including In-n-out and Denny's, where we could use the breakfast vouchers provided by the hotel. The staff was super nice and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel is a great value for money. The rooms are clean and new, and the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. We stayed at Comfort Inn for the night to catch an early morning boat ride to Santa Cruz Island. The hotel's location near the freeway and harbor was ideal for us. The room was impressively quiet, despite being close to a busy street and car wash. The staff was fantastic, always greeting us by name and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even provided us with excellent directions to our grandson's apartment and Ventura College. The hotel was clean and conveniently situated. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with immaculate rooms and clean linens. The staff was super nice and friendly. I loved the location, as it was on the ocean side of the 101 and close to the areas I needed to be at. Plus, having an In n Out restaurant next door was a great perk.

Conveniently located near popular attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room had a refrigerator and a microwave, which was convenient for storing snacks and heating up leftovers.

The room felt stuffy and the air conditioning didn't circulate properly. the breakfast voucher for the nearby restaurant was not enjoyable as the quality of the food was not good.

This hotel was amazing! The location was perfect for all the things I wanted to do while staying here. It was close to the beach where I enjoyed some relaxing walks and beach time. I also appreciated the service bicycle hire as it allowed me to further explore the area. The room amenities were great, with everything I could need including a microwave and tea/coffee facilities. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and taken care of, making my stay here truly memorable.
