Great value for the money, clean and vibrant rooms, and a fantastic location just 10 minutes from Auburn Arena. The staff was super pleasant and went above and beyond when we had to call back after our check-out. Plus, they are mailing our daughter's favorite pillow back to us!

The breakfast had a good variety of options and the person in charge was very sweet. the large lobby with the pool table was inviting and we had fun playing. Check in and check out were easy processes. the rooms were surprisingly quiet despite it being a busy weekend.

The cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing. Our comforter was dirty when we arrived and we had to call the front desk to replace it.

I recently stayed at Tru by Hilton for a one-night business trip. The hotel was brand new and had a modern, Aloft-style design that I really liked. The rooms were even better than they looked in the pictures, with a comfortable bed and a great shower with good water pressure. I loved the pull-out table that you could use wherever you wanted. The breakfast was nice, and there was a nice casual hangout space in front as well as a small pool area. I had a great stay and would definitely try other Tru hotels in the future.

While the room was clean, it was a bit small for what we had booked through booking. com. Additionally, the window in our first-floor room didn't have blinds, leading to noise from the main lobby area.

My stay at Tru By Hilton in Auburn was fantastic! We stayed for three nights and enjoyed every moment. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great pull-out table. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was convenient, right off I-85 but quiet. The vibrant lobby and pool area added to the fun atmosphere. We would definitely stay at other Tru hotels based on this experience.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to everything we needed for our weekend trip. The room was comfortable and modern, with hardwood floors and nice toiletry dispensers. We enjoyed the availability of tea, hot chocolate, and coffee, as well as the pool table and board games in the lobby.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, with some guests finding hair in the shower and stains on the console.

Modern, cool, good value place to stay for non-traditional travelers. Brand new and feels like it! Similar to the style of Aloft hotels, not traditional, which I like. It's nicer than it looks in the pictures, especially the room. Love the pull out table you can use where and as you wish. Bed very comfortable. Great shower and water pressure. Plenty of space for one. Breakfast fine, nice casual hang space in front and nice little pool area. Like the water you can refill your bottle with.

For the price we paid, the stay was beyond mediocre. I think we were in a handicap room because the floors were hardwood laminate.
