Staff professionalism was commendable, though one employee was noticeably distracted. Breakfast choices were abundant but lacked gluten-free options, and the quality didn’t meet expectations. The location was convenient, with great food nearby, but the area felt questionable. The cleaning schedule was inconsistent—requests for linens were overlooked more than once. While I appreciated the hotel’s vibe, clarity and consistency in service are needed.

The hotel is super close to everything you could want to see, with the Inner Harbor and historic ships just about 1.5 km away, and Fells Point less than a 20-minute walk where there's all kinds of dining and entertainment options easily found, while the room itself was nice and clean with comfy beds that made my stay that much better, but I did wish the breakfast options were a little more appealing.
