The staff was very friendly and went above-and-beyond to provide great customer service. My room was spotless and had a lot of amenities, including a sitting area, in-room safe, and soundproofed walls. I also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, which were perfect for relaxation.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The Union Station Nashville Yards, Autograph Collection was the perfect choice for my visit to Nashville. I stayed for a few days, and the location was ideal, close to The Gulch and Broadway. The lobby was incredibly beautiful and had a historic charm. The accommodations were nice, and there was no wait at the little restaurant. The building itself has great bones and potential, with well-appointed bathrooms.
