Bright and colorful decor added a fun and modern vibe to the hotel. the hotel's breakfast was good, offering a decent variety of options. the location of the hotel was convenient, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and added to our overall comfort.

We had some issues with our reservation, which caused a delay in checking in. com, made errors with our reservation and it took quite a bit of time to resolve the problem.

I recently stayed at Tru By Hilton for a few nights during my business trip. The room was fantastic, with plenty of charging options and a beautiful bathroom. I especially loved the lighted mirror, perfect for getting ready as a female traveler. The room was spotlessly clean, and I appreciated the 3 hooks in the bathroom for towels. The extra hooks across from the "closet" were a great addition too. The hotel's location near the highway was convenient, and I didn't hear any outside noises. The large TV, comfortable beds, and refreshing-smelling toiletries were also highlights of my stay. a great experience!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Beckley and had a wonderful experience at Tru By Hilton. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a great selection of breakfast options. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The lobby had a lot of fun activities available, like a pool table and various games. The gym was also in pristine condition. The rooms had excellent temperature control and were equipped with nice bathroom soaps and lotions. The large windows provided a nice view, and the sheets were incredibly soft. I particularly appreciated the pull-down shades and shelves for our belongings, as well as the lemon hand soap in the bathroom and the shower door versus curtains. it was a great stay.

The breakfast had a good variety, including a pancake maker and multiple options to choose from. the hotel provided facilities like a pool table and pull-down shades.

The person who checked us in was rude, which was a disappointing first impression.
