The modern and updated decorations created a wonderful atmosphere throughout. The convenience of USB charger ports in the room was a plus. Additionally, the soaps and lotions provided were a nice touch.

The front desk staff and housekeeping were friendly and efficient. Clean room and bathroom. Noon check-out was a nice touch. The facility is modern and has a variety of seating. Loved the breakfast options and lobby amenities. Wish for better sound insulation, later breakfast timings, and in-room microwaves.

My husband and I recently stayed at Tru By Hilton in Charleston for a weekend getaway. The property was immaculately clean, both inside and out. The housekeeping crew did a fantastic job. As a fellow business owner in the cleaning industry, I was very impressed. The hotel is situated within a group of hotels, with well-lit parking lots and a designated area for our dog, which made us feel safe and secure. The interior design gave off a cool and modern vibe, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. We will definitely be returning to this hotel on our next visit.

Guests have enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms, with plenty of outlets to charge electronic devices. The bathrooms have soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers and the showers are well-liked. The lobby is a vibrant and inviting space, with a pool table, chair swings, and a coffee/tea/hot chocolate station. the stay has been pleasant, with helpful and friendly front desk staff.

Some guests have found the beds to be less comfortable.
