Loved the convenient location of the hotel, just a short distance from a couple of breweries. Made it easy to explore and enjoy the local craft beer scene. The check-in process was smooth and the staff member who assisted me was friendly and helpful. She provided me with all the necessary information I needed for my stay.

The meeting room rental experience . Despite being told it could accommodate 50 people, it was not set up and we had to do it ourselves.

The hotel had an amazing view from up top a hill overlooking the roadside down below. It was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of life. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. the pool area opened up early in the morning, allowing for a quick swim before checking out and continuing our journey.

There was a discrepancy between the advertised room amenities and what was actually provided. the lack of an in-room spa tub, which was advertised and booked through a third party, was a disappointment and caused inconvenience.

As a frequent traveler for soccer tournaments with my kids, I've stayed at many hotels, and I must say that Holiday Inn Express in West Jefferson was worth every penny. The room was great, and the location, just a mile away from a couple of breweries, was perfect. The staff was exceptional, from the friendly and helpful young lady at check-in to the attentive girl overseeing the breakfast buffet. Speaking of breakfast, there were several choices of hot food, cereals, and sweet rolls. The amenities in the room were top-notch, and the black-out curtains ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's proximity to West Jefferson, Boone, and Blowing Rock made it even better.
